Debra Ann Wiggins Simmons, age 62 years, a resident of Elkins, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020 in the Davis Medical Center. She was born January 13, 1958 at Lakeland, FL., a daughter of the late Gannette Adams Wiggins and Donald Wiggins. She is survived by her husband, Paul E. Simmons of Elkins; one daughter, Michaela Kelly of Benton, TN and three grandchildren, Dustin, Ronnie and Michaela. Also surviving are two sisters, Diane Jones of Plant City, FL and Linda Bryant of Lakeland, FL. Debra was a homemaker.
