Foster "FG" Williams

August 13, 1974 - April 11, 2022

Foster G. “FG” Williams, III, age 47 years, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022 at his home in the Harding Community. He was born August 13, 1974 the son of Rev. Foster G. Williams, Jr. and Bonnie Collins Williams of Belington. He is survived by three sisters, Donna Jones and fiancé Thomas of Belington, Elizabeth Williams of Elkins and Tammy Cormier and companion Kim of Belington. Also surviving are three nephews, Nick and Jake Jones and Anthony Williams Tingler and two nieces, Ciara Floyd and Teshia Williams; great nephews, Ivan and Jaxson Jones, Bryton and Dominic Floyd and one great niece, Ashlyn Floyd and his companion and best friend, his dog Winter also survives. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Rev. Foster G. Williams, Sr. and Mable Williams and maternal grandparents, James and Greta Collins. Foster loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and gardening and was an amazing carpenter. He received several certificates of achievements in leather, CDL’s, forklift, financial planning, science, social studies and criminal planning through psychology. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and also attended the Church of the Brethren. Foster never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Friends may call from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Monday, April 18, 2022 at the Tomblyn funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Todd Mouser officiating. Interment will follow in the Fraternal Cemetery at Belington.
